We are beyond excited to invite you to join us for the Say Grace Farms Open House on February 22, 2025, and we want to make this day as extraordinary as possible for our guests—and for you!

This year, we’re moving away from the traditional “booth-and-brochure” type of open house and instead crafting an experience that’s hands-on, engaging, and unforgettable for our brides and grooms. Our vision is to create an event where couples can interact directly with you, experience your work firsthand, and walk away with something tangible and memorable from each station.

We are inviting you to bring more than just a booth. We would love for you to create an interactive experience or mini-workshop that leaves couples with a gift, a creation, or a newfound skill. Whether it’s a handmade piece, expert advice, or a fun activity, your involvement will elevate this event and help couples see the true value you bring to their wedding day.

Below are some interactive ideas by category to help inspire you, but feel free to adapt or add your own unique twist:

Suggested Interactive Ideas by Category:

• Photographer:
  Mini photo shoot experience – Set up a styled photo booth or offer a quick 10-minute portrait session. Couples can walk away with a digital photo to remember their day.

• Catering/Bartender:
  Tasting station or DIY cocktail/mocktail bar – Let guests sample your most popular items or cocktails and provide recipe cards for them to recreate at home. Or, offer a mini cooking demo or tutorial.

• DJ:
  Mini “Wedding Playlist Workshop” – Help couples select songs for key moments like the first dance, cake cutting, or ceremony. You could also offer a sneak peek into your DJ setup for those curious about how it all works!

• Bakery:
  Cupcake or cookie decorating station – Set up a fun station where couples can decorate a mini cake or cupcakes. They can take their creation home as a sweet memento.

• Florist:
  Floral design demo or “Build Your Own Bouquet” – Walk couples through the basics of floral arrangements or help them create a mini bouquet or boutonnière to take home.

• Hair and Makeup Artist:
  Quick bridal touch-ups or styling consultations – Offer free consultations, quick makeovers, or tips on how to achieve a flawless bridal look.

• Wedding Planner:
  Mini planning consults or timeline tips – Host a short “Wedding Planning 101” session or offer quick mini-consultations to help couples kickstart their planning journey.

• Wedding Boutique:
  Mini fashion show – Showcase a few select pieces from your boutique in a fun, quick mini fashion show. Give couples the chance to see the latest wedding trends up close, or offer exclusive discounts for attendees.

• Decor Rentals:
  Design demo or “Style Your Wedding” station – Set up a mini display of rental options where couples can see how different decor items come together to create a beautiful, cohesive wedding look. Allow them to play around with designs or pick their favorite elements.

• Other Vendors (Stationery, Rentals, etc.):
  DIY wedding invitation station – Let couples try their hand at creating a simple invitation or custom design. They can take their creation home as a fun and unique souvenir.

Your Passport to Prizes

As part of the experience, we’re introducing a Passport to Prizes for all attendees! Each couple or guest will receive a "passport" that will guide them through all of the interactive stations. If they complete their passport by visiting all of the booths and activities, they’ll be entered to win a special giveaway from one of the participating vendors.

To be featured in the passport giveaway, we ask that each vendor provide a small giveaway (whether it’s a discount, free consultation, free product, or a special gift). The prizes will be a great way to encourage interaction and excitement around your booth, and to make the experience even more memorable.
